Shipping Policy

Delivery times can vary significantly due to the complex and constantly shifting nature of the shipping system. Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, its journey is influenced by various logistical factors beyond our direct control. The distance between the starting point and the destination plays a role, but there are several other factors that can impact delivery time, including carrier workload, regional demand, seasonal surges, and even environmental conditions. Under typical circumstances, most orders are delivered within 10 to 20 business days. This estimate is based on regular shipping patterns and only considers business days, excluding weekends and public holidays when many shipping operations are paused or limited.

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances can slow the overall movement of shipments. Issues like severe weather, unexpected spikes in shipping volumes, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, or other challenges can affect both domestic and international deliveries. These disruptions are an inherent part of modern logistics and can occur at any time without warning. While we work closely with our shipping partners to process, pack, and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible, some delays are simply beyond our control. We kindly ask for our customers’ patience in these situations, as carriers address backlogs and return to their regular delivery schedules.

Due to the fluctuating nature of transit conditions, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for orders. Once an order is confirmed and enters processing, all shipping details are finalized. This means that delivery addresses, destinations, and routing information cannot be modified after the processing stage, and packages already in transit cannot be redirected. For this reason, it is crucial for customers to carefully check all shipping information before completing their checkout. Ensuring the accuracy of address details helps prevent misrouting, minimizes the likelihood of sorting errors, and reduces delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

After a shipment leaves our facility, the selected carrier is responsible for its movement. During transit, the package may pass through various distribution centers and checkpoints, each with varying levels of demand and operational conditions. Factors like increased parcel volumes, regional surges in demand, weather-related delays, or even brief security checks can affect the speed of delivery at different stages. In some rare instances, a carrier may place a shipment on hold if discrepancies in the address are detected or if additional delivery confirmation is needed. Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after the order has been placed. If this occurs, we will promptly remove the affected item from the order, notify the customer, and issue a refund for that portion of the purchase.

All of our orders are shipped with free delivery, regardless of the order size or delivery location. Depending on the carrier and the delivery address, a signature or the presence of the recipient may be required upon delivery. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may attempt delivery again. However, if several attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method used. To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend that customers keep an eye on tracking updates and plan accordingly based on the expected delivery window.

Tracking information for all orders can be accessed at any time through the tracking feature on our website. This tool provides real-time updates throughout the fulfillment process, including when an order is being prepared, when it ships, and how it is progressing through the carrier’s network. These updates are designed to give customers greater transparency and peace of mind while their package is en route.

There are a few situations in which an order might be delayed, canceled, or cannot be shipped. These situations include items being out of stock, destinations that are not supported by the carrier, orders that require physical delivery when only a PO Box is provided, or instances where payment information cannot be successfully verified. Incomplete or inaccurate order details can also lead to delays in processing or even order cancellations.

If an order is received and does not match what was originally purchased, customers should contact us immediately to initiate a return and request a refund. Returns are also accepted for sizing issues, though exchanges require the customer to place a new order. If a shipment seems to be taking longer than expected, checking the tracking information is the recommended first step. In cases where the tracking information shows extended periods of inactivity or unclear status, customers can reach out to our support team for further assistance. We will carefully investigate the issue and provide the most appropriate next steps to resolve the situation.
